Living abroad and intending on seeking Irish bank mortgage

Hi All,

Could anyone shed some light on applying for a mortgage whilst living abroad.

To have any chance of getting a mortgage should I be putting in regular savings or will I be ok to put in lump sums every 2-3 months?

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
