Opinions sought on what is the best time of year to sell a holiday home in France. Thinking of selling over the next year or two but will need to plan ahead.
The area its in is a real hot spot in the holidays (close to Atlantic beaches) with thousands of visitors but pretty dead during low season. So I guess it should be put on the market in late Spring or end of Summer so as to catch those looking to buy for that season or those who have fallen in love with the place during their holidays.
