Ceann Comhairle suspends Dail until Tuesday?

Why has the Ceann Comhairle suspended the Dail until next Tuesday afternoon? Why could it not have continued with it's business on Friday?

I think the Dail sits Tuesday-Thursday only.

It's desperate, you just cant buy a good cattle-prod in Dublin city centre (and that's not a sectarian piece of equipment....but in the hands of the right person.....).

They really need to come up with better sanctions in parliament. Someone acts the maggot and prevents proceedings, and their punishment is to be given a two day holiday.
