Which bank for mortgage?

Hi all,

Earlier this year I got approval in principal from 5 banks - KBC, AIB, BOI, TSB and Ulster Bank

KBC and Ulster Bank have the best rates with KBC being very marginally better - last time I checked anyway...

Should I just go with the bank with the best rates or are there other things that I should consider?

My current account is with Ulster Bank and has been for a long time.
