Insurance on Rental Property

Anyone know an insurance company or broker who will quote on a rental property - house let in 7 units (older style not new apartments) in Dublin area. Have one quote from Hibernian which is very high. Anyone know ??

Yes AXA will. . i got quoted 379 with an excess of 250. 3 bed house. No alarm.

Usually RSA or AIG (through benchmark) offer the most competitive quotations for this type of risk.


For those that don't know, I am a broker.

Quinns will normally run with this type of risk although they may have to have an inspection / survey. It'sa commercial policy you will require for this type of property.
