A bought S50 student apartment 11 years ago. At the time, he had dreams of owning other properties and using the (valuable) tax relief. Alas, he never realised his dreams and therefore NEVER used the tax relief.
Property is being sold at present.
If it was sold within 10 years, the new purchaser would get the tax relief.
Question is, it is being sold OUTSIDE of the 10 years, so will the new purchaser get any S50 relief?
