Neg equity mortgage advice - recommend broker

Looking for a bit of direction from the experts on here !

We are looking to enquire about a negative equity mortgage.
Want to get the right deal and nervous of going it alone with the bank.

Could anyone here recommend a mortgage broker, Dublin based, that could offer us a financial analysis and advice as how to approach a negative equity mortgage with Bank of Ireland before we actually go in and speak to the bank?

Has anyone actually availed of the BOI Neg equity mover mortgage for a trade up?

Bank of Ireland don't deal with brokers for residential mortgages so most mortgage brokers would not have any direct experience of dealing with them for residential business.

I know that Padraig Kissane has been doing a lot of good fee-based work for mortgage customers who have been badly treated by their banks recently so he may be able to help you. Link.
