Neff Appliances

Upgrading our kitchen thinking of buying 2 Neff single ovens - anyone have any experience of using Neff.

They are great ovens and the after sales service is excellent. My girlfriend bursted one of my ovens a little outside warranty. I got on to Neff and they generously replaced both ovens with the new model so as to ensure that the ovens match.

Bosch, Neff and Siemens are basically all owned by the same company.
They seem to be positioned in that order too in terms of quality/features & price.

My opinion is that if you bought a Neff oven 10-15 years ago, you would now need to by a Siemens or Miele to get the same quality. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with them, just that the product/market has changed over time.

Bosch itself seems to be split into 2, with some ranges being more budget and no better than other brands, but they are trading on their name.
