Can somebody tell me if the minimum standards in rental accommodation make reference to the minimum size a property for letting should be? Surely it is against the law to have 6 one bed (studio) units in an average size Georgian house? The kitchen, sitting room, bedroom are all the same small room with a tiny separate room for toilet and shower.
