recommended by a friend I have contracted a let agency to take care of my property in Dublin. As part of their contract they should have done and share the inventory of the house, which they didn't. Apart from that they charge me management fee money that were not due etc...I made several calls and send emails but a part of promises I got nothing.
Can I get rid of the agency and what are my rights?
