Hi,
We are witing for the legal paperwork to be completed for our rent to buy agreement.
An engineers report has been done on the house and it has a 10 year homebond.
We are hoping to move in as soon as the paperwork has been signed as the house is finished.
My question is should a snag list be done now or do I get it done when we purchase the house in 18 months??
Is anyone out there in a rent to buy scheme at the moment? If so is there anything else I should be doing before I move in.
