Paid surveyor's report but am pulling-out of sale: Can I "sell on" the report?

Hi,
Would someone please offer advice on following situation:

I went sale-agreed on a house. Got a survey done for 300e (house recevied a good structural report). However, now I've decided to walk away from sale.
Is there anyway I can somehow 'advertise' my report to any future prospective buyers and hopefully recoup some of that money?

Perhaps, with the EA?

The written report hasn't come through yet. So I haven't actually paid for it yet.
I don't expect the surveyor to give me a discount though!
