NIB LTV Tracker Mortgage

Can anyone who took out a LTV Tracker with NIB advise if they were required to sign a document titled

"Conditions for Danske Bank T/A National Irish Bank LTV Mortgages"

in addition to the loan offer documents

I signed one with "Conditions for National Irish Bank LTV Mortgages". This was in 2007.

Can I ask why you are asking?

I am interested in what the conditions were, why were they not part of the main agreement?

It contains additional terms and conditions that apply to LTV mortgages in addition to their standard mortgage terms and conditions, mainly how the rate is calculated, what rate you are being offered, conditions for maintaining it, renegotiation etc.

In my case I had a 0.79% tracker and wanted the LTV Tracker as I would qualify for 0.5% above ECB, once I signed the ‘’Conditions For NIB LTV Mortgages’’ they gave it to me.
