hi is there a precedent, where, in a civil case (over a debt owed to a bank) where the plaintiff (bank) has a barrister and solicitor in court and the defendant is representing himself, has applied for and qualifies for legal aid, but the judge is not prepared to wait the ,now 10=11 months of a waiting period for the defendant to see a legal aid solicitor
