Probably very simple answer:
I'm currently in the process of buying a house with my wife. This is our first time buying together. I have a house since 2004 which is solely in my name. We both currently live in this house. My wife had a place but sold it in 2006.
We plan to rent my house when we move out out so I know that I have to inform the revenue of this and waive my TRS for the mortgage account. As second time buyers are we still entitled to TRS for the new mortgage?
