Referrals and Cash Advance Fees

Hi All

My hubby and I are planning on applying for a mortgage. We have looked at a house, love it and would buy it at €170,000. We would have a good history of saving. Salaries by both of us would be good enough. The only thing that I am afraid that may come against us are a few referrals and cash advance fees. Are these a deal breaker when applying or are we better off waiting another 6 months and making sure that all statements are clean? Many Thanks

Rubyduby;

Call to your Lender , express your concerns and take their advice.
If no proposal has gone in , means no harm done.
You will then know the lie of the land!.

Even if answer= no , ask another lenders opinion.

If you have good savings history , I would think the referrals/cash fees was a nice way for your Bank to make a handy few bob from solvent savers not spendthrifts!
