problem with mira elite 2 electric shower

when i turn on i only get cold water, power supply is perfect, pump works could it be element or thermostat - shower is about 3 years old, could anyone help me?

Do you get limescale? I had limescale in my shower and it turned from hot to mostly cold all the time. Something that you wouldnt think of.

I had the same problem with mine and ended up replacing it with a Triton. This was a common problem with the mira elite 2 and have now replaced it with a new model.

does it stay cold as you insrease the temp knob. does the water pressure derease significantly or stay the same.
