Cost of Funding

Hi all,

While emigrated the last 15 months, I have kept abreast of all the happenings on this website so thanks for keeping me informed!

I am currently in the process of entering negotiations with UB over my mortgage, and I had simply one question which I was hoping someone on this site might be able to help me with.

I am just trying to assess the cost of funding for Ulster Bank to assist me in my negotiations - if anyone has an idea (and can provide a link as evidence) it would be hugely appreciated.

Nobody will be able to tell you that. All you can do is look at market rates but that doesn't mean much.
