Hi All,
Looking at making a career change over the next 6 months and was wondering about moving into a Management consultancy firm.
Just starting my research and i've only really got accenture as a name so far. Would like to know of other top firms out there in this line and peoples experience of them.
I'm coming from a funds background with about 4 years experience and im just completing my ACCA finals at moment. Have noticed in ACCA finals that there is a lot of focus on consultancy, especially paper 3.5 (Strategice planning). There is also a lot of other consultancy based value models etc on other papers.
So i suppose my question is would an ACCA qualification be a big plus for me if looking for a job in consultancy?
Im also hoping that I will not have to start at the bottom (graduate) when moving into this line of work and that ACCA would have given me some basis. is this realistic?
Any help/advice appreciated.
