thinking of doing a supervisory management cert or diploma, e.g.one night a week over 1 or 2 years. Anyone have any advice. Looking at Tallaght and National college of ireland (in IFSC). I am in the Pharmaceutical industry in a tech specialist role and want to branch into management but am finding it difficult without experience so feel a course may help.
