I have a friend who is concerned about the health of the Aer Lingus pension plan in terms of the security of his benefits when he comes to retire in a few years time.

Does anybody know of say a link to up to date information on the position? I recall seeing something about Ryanair being reluctant to support funding the deficit, etc.
