Using same Solicitor as Estate Agent?
Hi, my partner has just gone sale agreed on her house. Her Estate Agent recommended that she use the solicitor that they use. Is this wise or should she look for her own? What kind of fee is involved in a house sale? Should she ring them and check first or would anyone have any recommendation for a solicitor in Dublin that is reliable and fast?

Im just closing on a house purchase at the moment also
Ive used the same Dublin solicitor for the last 20 years and i believe him to be extremely thorough and quick and I would trust him 100% He usually answers emails within an hour and he wont break the bank Send me a PM if you want his details I have no connection to him at all apart from being a very satisfied client
