I am dealing with them at the moment. They are very bad at customer service. You are talking about an Post. I was told it would take 4 to 5 months to process a refund.

Henley are marketed as made in county Kerry. Thats all very well ... but they are made in China. I would only buy quality Scandinavian stove brands, that are cast-iron.

I have both types of stoves, inset and free-standing. I prefer the latter. Does not depend on a power source, for the fans. A proper cast iron stove is more effective, and looks better. I am talking Jotul, Morso etc. I mainly use kiln-dried wood.

I agree its probably a scam. Very believable though. Shows the person's name and address. I am tempted to reply .. i will call around to exchange the goods for cash.
