Zadarma is like a normal phone call. I find it's s much clearer signal than when using WhatsApp as you aren't relying on WiFi

Apologies for the delay. I don't know how it works when calling home from abroad, but from here it's very cheap to call USA.

GoMo is great for all calls and texts to Irish numbers. you should also add the Zadarma app to your phone and use it for any international calls. I've being using it for almost a year and find it great. Cheap calls to USA and UK etc.

I would also recommend donedeal, you can check how much similar cars cost and get an idea what yours is worth. Make sure to clean it well before taking pictures and take plenty of pictures so you can choose the best 10.

Has anyone actually imported a car from UK or Northern Ireland since 1st January. I am very aware of the rules and what it says on various websites, but are they actually happening. I would love to hear from someone who's had the experience.

Pity you have to be a FTB. This would have suited me otherwise, I'm paying €1250/month rent with no hope of getting a loan as I've just reached a settlements with bank on some previous investment properties.

I also spoke to ptsb yesterday, the agent told me that I was not included in the write down deal even though I'm in a lot of negative equity with no chance of repaying. He said he was not allowed discuss the criteria for the offer.

Did they give you any information at all?

Should I contact ptsb and see if I qualify or just wait for a week or two and see if they write to me?

I have read on various news sites today, that ptsb are going to offer some landlords a deal. It will apply to landlords who have property in negative equity with no possibility of paying the balance. It's not clear who will get the deal but the idea seems to be that you sell your property to...

Thanks for your reply, It is for buy to let property. Should I ask my solicitor to check original paperwork or ask PTSB to send me a copy indicating where it allows for the appointment of rent receivers?

Hi, I have an issue with PTSB in relation to arrears dating back to 2014 which I understand I have already paid. I have lodged a complaint with them over this. I'm currently paying my mortgage in full. They have threatened to appoint a rent receiver. Can they still appoint rent receivers?
