    Yes i'll be isolating the cold mains via the tap under the sink but as regards the hot feed when you say the valve in the attic do you mean the valve between the tank in the attic and the cold feed for the cylinder?     Received all my original documentation back from them today and they informed me our joint a/c will be active tomorrow and should receive cards tomorrow also. Switching date is set for Nov 20th. Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.
