What are the implecations of leaving a fas course before its completion date as course is badly taught and not learning anything?

The drainage hole got blocked in my Saab 93 and the water came in on the front passenger side under the dash, I unblock them but now I have another problem. The acc/air fan wont turn off when the car is stopped so I had to pull out the fuse. Does anyone have any ideas?

rmdt, The worst thing you can do is keep applying more coats, this is what I did!!! I ended up getting a mouse sander and sanding all the paint off the wall as the mapping kept coming thru. A truly horrible job. I sanded all the walls that had mapping on them it was the only way I could get...
