    I wouldn't think so, the box works ok, it just needs to be retuned.These channels seem to be moved around regularly. The only way to avoid this in the future is to swap out the box for a Freesat box like these.

    I don't think there are any smaller approved ones. I have a similar wall mounted TV and I bought a cheap box on Ebay which fits behind the TV although its a bit of a squeeze. It works fine but the channel numbers are up in the 800's and the EPG is only now and next.

    Not quite, the constitutional issue arises where agreements have been binding on an entire sector. REA's are still binding on the signatories. Our agreement is unusual in that the trade union requirement is explicit, but it's certainly implicit in others like Construction and Printing.
