Key Post Methods to avoid/minimise Credit Card charges with Ryanair and Aer Lingus

I have tried the Dublin City Giftcard and it was very sporadic. It was my friend's card and I thought it would be great but it wasnt. I had just lost my Bishopstown CU card and thought with all the hype of the Dublin City Card that maybe I was missing something. Picked up my new Bishopstown...

Executive MBA - options for Part-time or Distance Learning

This might not help but i think it is worth saying that i think heading back to college to get further education was one of the best steps i ever took. Job prospects improved - granted - but the interaction with people who had similar interests but very different opinions was great. I think...

The Bishopstown Credit Union Debit Card. Any equivalents else where?

No other credit union offers it at the moment but i think you should keep asking the credit unions and lobby your local one 2 get it. I mean if Bishopstown can do it surely other ones can too. Failing that you will have to move to the people's republic!

How much should I have saved??

It is very relative. Perhaps you could consider saving by standing order so that the same amount is saved each month. That way you will know how much savings you have at the end of the year. just a thought. It is hard to save. I find if you take note of your spending you save more.

Re: ATM ate my Ulster Bank Cashcard last week but got sent a Visa Debitcard replaceme The DEBIT card is so much better than the old cash card. I have one and i think it is great. No bills or charges - fantastic! I cut up the credit card. I would hold on to it as well but i think you get...

Buying meat in the local butchers Vs the supermarket

Re: Buying meat in the butchers I think that generally the meat is the same but the traceability is something that reassures customers. My local butchers have won awards for their sausages and i for one would vote for them. As an asthmatic who reacts to preservatives in food i have NEVER had...

Re: Mortgage with PTSB for last 4 yrs. They have written to say they dont have my a/c That is the strangest thing i have ever heard. I would call to a branch and say i had paid 5 years mortgage instead. Doesnt exactly inspire one with confidence. Really sounds like a scam. Be very careful.
