Parking outside house buggy owner annoyed

I used to live on a street where everyone routinely parked on both sides of the street with 2 wheels on the footpath. That was until one day when more than 20 cars in a row were clamped! It was an hilarious sight (mainly because I wasn't one of them). Anyway, my point is that from that day...

    disclaiming an inheritance

You cant disclaim in favour of another so to speak. It would be looked as an inheritance to you and then a gift to the next person - ie. 2 dispositions instead of one, and would be taxed accordingly.

    hiccup at solictors!

My reply (whilst being of no relevance to your current issue I admit) is a comment on the irony of this post which is querying whether you are owed money by a solicitor. Your other post which was linked to above showed a distinct unwillingness on your behalf to pay money which you owed to a...

Re: purchased prescription only medication online 2mo ago: Medicines Board Investiga Yes, but did you guess the strength of the lenses to buy? I doubt it, one would generally have seen an optician in the first place in order to determine which ones were suitable. And even then, its not like...

    entering the Pharmaceutical industry

Masters or Degree (at least) would be recommended now to find work in any sort of technical capacity. PhD's are even ten a penny now and I know of a few who are struggling to find employment....

    Wage reductions

A contract can be changed quite easily when the alternative is to terminate the contract - which I think you'll find is quite within the law!

How are banks able to repossess property so quickly?

In the case of a legal mortgage (on unregistered property) the bank actually owns the property (ie, the mortgage has transferred it into their name) and all that needs to happen is for the court to order repossession. Its slightly different in the case of registered property in that the bank...

Question over Will and Joint Account

The area of joint accounts is a bit of a minefield but there is quite a bit of precedent in the area. Relevant factors include the source of the funds, the control over the account and the intention of the person funding the account. Legal advice ASAP....

purchased prescription only medication online 2mo ago: Medicines Board Investigation

Re: Medicines board investigation It is incredibly different. Buying from a high street pharmacy in the UK is fine. If you buy online, you have no proof that the seller is indeed a bona fide pharmacy. There is a reason that online meds are so cheap, and it's not because of lower overheads...

    Defendent hasn't made an appearance

Let me get this straight - you don't trust solicitors so have decided to run your case yourself. You then ask for advice here to aid you to do this. Why do you trust the advice provided by (potentially) legal advisors here? Is it because 1. You trust virtual advice more than professional...

    Paternity Issues and Probate

That information which was sought is nobody's business except the executor's. Even beneficiaries in a will are not entitled to know anything about the will (except what their own particular inheritance is). Should that person prove that they are in fact the lawful child, they are STILL not...
