Re: Tesco prices im sure they have not reduced there profits, they have just applied more pressure to the suppliers and can reduce the price. id be suprised if it was them taking the hit.

well ntl put a bloody big aeriel on the side of my house and still have not takin it down. Im very happy with sky at the moment, rang them up earlier to reduce the amount of channels and they gave me 20% of my bill for 6 months. Then the multi room was expensive so thought id get rid of that...

hi, i had to get a taxi from salou to barcalona the other week which cost 150, on the way back to salou i got a train from santes station and it only cost 9.50 for myself and child. Trains are good value and its a lot quicker then bus.

I also have NTL Broadband and phone and find it excellent.

I have Sky now, the last time I used the NTL menu it was awful and really slow. Sky is excellent.

Exactly, if they just let people walk away from fixed rate then why would anyone choose variable, its just tough for people who signed up to fixed, that was the call you made now live with it. You had the benifit of your mortgage not going up.
