    Family hotels london, recommendations?

Went to London a couple of years ago with my wife and 2 kids. Initially found it difficult (expensive) to find 'family' accomodation. We eventually stayed in the Crowne Plaza on Cromwell road. We got a very large room with 2 double beds - room worked out at £115 per night which was very...

    good portable dvd player

If going for any of these options, you should consider getting a good set of headphones. While these devices have built-in speakers, it can be difficult to hear over the background noise on a plane. Also it can be very annoying for fellow passengers to have to listen to a kids movie on full blast.

Re: AIB Staff to receive 3% pay increase? Have I missed something. Were AIB not ordered by the Labour Relations Commission to pay the award. Blame so called social partnership for it. The award only applies to people below management level as well. Sunny - this is spot on and some posters...

    Hotel in Rome

Stayed in Albergo Del Senato in early Jan. It is in Piazza Del Rotunda and looks out onto the Pantheon - great location - lovely hotel. You will get better value around the train station but IMHO the area is a bit more rundown and I wouldnt feel as safe at night. For a much better location (and...

    Spanish security information

All airlines have the same requirement. I've flown to Spain with both EazyJet and Aer Lingus and in both incidences I've input the required info on their websites. I was using their web-checkin services, but I think that you could also do it at checkin stage.

Thanks for the responses. Eventually got thru yesterday by selecting the Gaeilge option. The girl in the call centre (who thankfully conversed in English!) told me not to worry about it and that wasnt I lucky that I only got charged twice and not 4 times. She also commended me on my honesty...
