    If it was a partnership you have to sue all the partners. Withdraw that Civil Bill and start again. If the defendant is a limited company, you can sue the company. Check first in CRO that it is still in existence. Consider getting a solicitor. Litigation can be senior hurling.

    Some solicitors have a rubber stamp with their name and address on it. It is convenient to so stamp something they are witnessing, especially as it may be easier to read than their handwriting, Unless whoever produced the document required such a stamp, it would not be al legal requirement.

    If it is a consent divorce your solicitor should be able to deal with it, unless (s)he anticipates some difficulty. However I stay away from family law - too often a lot of bitterness, tension and anger there - usually more than in "odinary" litigation
