Skerries or Bray? (with a family)

Have you thought about Greystones or another town along the coast? Skerries is lovely too. I do like the seafront in Bray and it has some nice pubs there. However, only yesterday I was walking along Bray mainstreet and could not get over the amount of young kids I saw looking to cause trouble...

Parsons Court, Newcastle, Co Dub: No sign of the builder returning signed contracts!

Re: Parsons Court, Newcastle Co Dublin? I despair every time I read this thread. The development is a disgrace. Even if you do eventually get to purchase one, would you be able to sell it on hassle free later if you wished to move? Can you all not buy other houses in Newcastle or elsewhere...

    The Park, Cabinteely

Hi The Park is a very safe place to live, with a nice location. Never any hassle in the actual park. The only off thing I have heard- is that there is the 'odd' ecentric neighbour around..lol..but thats life. Some of the back gardens are also very very small, so be warned.

    Griffin Rath Manor - Maynooth

Hi ZZZ999 My sis had a big concern about the lack of a green too, otherwise it would have been a very straight forward choice for her. I think the plans include a small green further down that left turn,in the unfinished area, but that it is a small green. Also, seeing as we did not hear back...
