well i think budapest would be a good choice. They have the thermal baths there too. I think the danubius hotel on margaret island in budapest has a good spa. I'm sure if you google you will find it.

the islands on the lake are also beautiful, you can get a boat trip from the waterfront however this would be subject to weather. We were there september & it was beautiful. Great photos of the skyline from the boat plus its so chilled out on the islands. Enjoy, its a cool city.
