If i wish to increase the rent, what is the procedure?
Can I now give 90 days notice from mid December requesting an increase from 15th March 2017 or do i have to wait till 15th march 2017 and give the 90 days notice from then?

just to clarify. the property was purchased in 2002 and wear and tear was deducted for original furniture over 8 years.
Are you saying i can now write off wear and tear for the new furniture for another 8 years?

Most Repairs were done by a local handyman. House had been painted internally and externally in 2014 and thankfully only a few romms needed painting.

just checking through previous documents. i cant find original contract but i see that they asked for a copy of insurance in back in 2008. i dont recall if i ever sent a copy back to them but my interest rate didnt change.

I recently put in a claim for tax credits going back to May 2007. Yesterday I got a cheque from revenue plus amended tax certificates from 2008 to date.
Revenue seem to have backdated the credits to 2008 only.
Is there any reason why they would not go back to 2007 as requested or am i missing...
