Can I ask how you did that? App or web version? I’ve tried doing that with specific dates say 1/11/23 to 10/4/24 and it doesn’t seem to work

    Advice on flooring

You could always cover the floor in foam mats that connect together. They are used in gyms and workshops. We did this in a spare room that we used as a home gym during Covid. Worked a treat and kid friendly. Easy to lift up and use elsewhere.

    Solar Panels with Gas Boiler

Plus 1 to as many panels as you can. Ask for an inverter that can accommodate more panels in the future. The mistake we made was getting an inverter that could only handle the power generated by 8 panels. We now want more and are faced with getting a bigger inverter

Which energy supplier has best rate for microgeneration?

Wowsers. Got a shockingly low payment from Bord Gáis of 29 euro which seems way too low. That’s supposedly for the last year Rate I presume is unchanged @ 18c per unit I’ve no batteries. Either I’m not generating very much or I’m using most of what I am generating . Can’t be that low going...

Electric Cars - a ridiculous product

It’s more likely because of the recent hysteria around trade in values for electric vehicles. Nothing to do with being an inferior product at all. Newer technology is always more expensive.

Barbados apartment is filthy - any comeback?

You need to take this up with booking.com as your contract is with them. Did you use your phone to take photos? These often come with time and date stamps as proof of when you took the photos. Given the hosts response I would avoid contacting them again. You need to seek escalation. As you...

Ombudsman rejects complaint on AIB simple interest issue

+ 1 to that. We were able to pay off a significant chunk of our mortgage (we had moved) as well as all other short term debt. At the very least however, if enough people have followed up this issue it might result in the ombudsman clarifying what type of interest should be paid in future cases.
