Need Planning Permission for a House Boat

Thanks for the reply Daithi. In his site there is no access road. He would have to walk across a small field (his field) to get to the boat. He doesn't have a car. He uses his bicycle all the time. Do you know if it is a formality getting a foreshore licence or is it assessed by the...

advice requested: fixed term mortgage rates

    Teachers/Free classes

A little bit of hysteria in this thread. The teacher in question if he/she is working full time would be contracted to teach 22 hours per week plus whatever preparation/correction that have to be done. Outside of these hours, the teacher can do what they want, go for a coffee, head home...

    Israel attacks aid ship

The British have not colonised anyone since the 1920s? What about Iraq, Afganistan, the Suez crisis, British support for the apartheid regime? What about the Franch's involvement in the genocide in Rwanda? The rich countries of the world, and I include Ireland in this, have continued...

I live in Galway and anytime I come to Dublin I can use the bikes. Before this scheme I used to bring my own bike up on the train which was very expensive. Why is there not a depot at Heuston Station?

    Car hire in France?

After reading this I checked www.hertz.ie and www.hertz.es for a two week rental from Malaga Spain. For the exact same car, it cost €474 from the Irish site and €277 from the Spanish. That is quite a difference.
