Dry-cleaning a duvet is quite expensive these days, and imo doesn't really do a good job. Either soak it in the bath as PaddyBloggit suggests, or go to a laundrette and see if it will fit in the washers there.

est bet is to soak your hands in hot water for a while. Eventually you'll be able to peel off the glue. Soak them for about 10 mins to begin with, topping up the hot water as required. Then you can start working on the glue - if it's not budging, soak for another 5-10 mins, check again. Repeat...

Took the plunge and got them done thru Neville's in B'pool - they said it'd be €35-40 per item. It took 9 days. They checked the settings on the e-ring (had never had this done, and have it since '95:eek:). In the end it was €35 each, and I'm really pleased with the result.

Surprised to see how common this seems to be - I worked for a large multinational and there were loads of siblings, married couples, cousins etc. Actually they seemed to almost positively discriminate towards relatives.
