LPT - Direct Debit Payment - Interest charged?
If I pay the LPT by direct debit, do I pay interest?
Or is the amount due divided by 12 monthly payments?
Basically, what's the most cost efficient way of paying?
Thanks.

A little odd they didn't distinguish between 1/2/3 bed apartments, when they're making something of a distinction with houses.
Thanks again.

Commercial Insurance for a block of 4 apartment in Dublin 6
Two of the apartments are owner-occupied, two are let.
Should we be able to do better than €1730 for insurance covering fire, third party, storm damage etc...etc...?
Many thanks.
