You can do on-line transfers abroad.
Bank changes will come in here too at some stage - so no avoiding this.
Their internet banking isn't as good as NIBs....

I sent a letter as described around 10 days ago to the Revenue. Haven't heard anything yet from the Revenue. Might give them a call tomorrow.
My advice would be to ring them on the number below...
