Depends if it is crossed or not . If its only made out to your name you can sign the back and ask someone to cash it for you through their business ie pub , newsagent . I used to work in the pub...

I lodge cash cheques all the time .Including yesterday in AIB in Raheny so unless its a new rule I would follow it up with an inquiry .

Apply to a different bank for a personal loan and clear your overdraft with it. Put it in your accounts as a business loan ,if you go the other route( business loan) they will ask for...

It has one year contract on the front cover and in section 1... "Date of commencement" and the date,then under that "Date of termination of this contract" with the dates filled in.
