I had a heart bypass and had all bills 100% covered in Mater Private with Plan B options cover (paying for 2 adults 3 children).

I've spoken to the garage and they have said it was a finance arrangement through their own marques credit company. They are providing confirmation it is clear prior to me releasing payment.
