How to view registered property on PRTB site?

Hi,

I have logged onto my PRTB account as I would like to check my tenant details and update if necessary but when I select the registered property for edit, I keep getting the following response "
This is not a valid update application. Please select a Tenancy application with a status of Registered ".

Anyone any idea how to view more details than the address of the property registered?

Their website is outrageous to use. They told me they are building a new one. I phone them when I need to use the website as it's the only way to figure it out!

Thanks Bronte, will call on Monday, it just seems a ridiculous waste of their time and mine to use up phone time when I just want to check details.

If you have a Landline or mobile package that allows you to ring landlines for free try this number 0766887350. My own experience with their website makes me feel that Bronte is almost praising them.

Dermot I recently wanted to print my proof of registration, for the HAP scheme, you can't do it. They have to post them to you. My registered properties comes up as a list on there but it includes old registrations as well, it's very very confusing, the worst website ever.

BTW revenue for LPT, your proof of payment doesn't get posted to you, you need to print off the screen and that's your proof.

Do it now, keep it forever, one day it will be needed (deaths and sales)

Also the entire home owning population need to request now a NPPR exemption certificate.
