I lodged a US dollar cheque from share options that I sold and i was informed it will take 5 weeks to clear before i can access the funds.
I need to post a cheque to revenue to pay the RTSO (Relevant Tax on a Share Option) within 30 days that the share options are exercised.
Question: Will i get penalized for late payment (interest) as I wont be able to pay revenue until the US dollar cheque clears?
