Can someone please explain how Eir calculates the cost of an customer dialled call from a landline to a landline in UK. Just got my bill for April 2016 and the price has increased
I located a eir price list effective 7 April 2016 for Band 1 and Band 1a and also the same for April 2015. The table shows a figure for weekend of 12.64c include val per minute and now that figure has increased by 50% to 19.00 .
There is a heading that also states A Call Setup fee is charged on all calls unless otherwise stated.
Q is this in addition to these charges - The table does not show this.
How can Eir justify such an increase - the same call for the same duration (actually 2min less) is now 82% higher.
