Do you know the speed limit for buses

Having observed some very poor driving by a bus driver recently I researched the speed limit of buses.

To my surprise the speed limit on a dual carriageway or motorway is 100kph!

The speed limit on a non DC or M is 80kph. My driver overtook a car doing 100kph coming into a roundabout causing the car driver to brake so the bus could bully his way back in.

The bus driver proceeded at 100kph on a national road hitting at least 110kph overtaking.

Some of the worst driving I've seen.
 
bus drivers, lorry drivers, coach drivers where the maximum MPH / KPH can be set on an engine restrictor constantly break speed limits and rules of the road. How many prosecutions do you hear of? How many complaints get dealt with by internal disciplinary action?
