Property 2

Savings- €115,000 approx

I am getting a windfall of €25,000 approx of inheritance later this year.
I was going to put it off property 2 and reduce it to 9 years.
We hope to buy a new property in 3-4 years and will be using the proceeds of property 2 to help fund a family home.
We will have to hold onto the first property due to complicated management company and non paying large investor impass.
We are up to date on all tax returns, PRTB etc
We are saving approx 30k per year.

So would that be a good use of 25k otherwise it would be on deposit.
 
Makes sense to me based on your proposal to ultimately sell the property as you are unlikely to receive a 4.4% risk free return from any other investment option!!
