Hi there..just wondering has anyone applied for interest only repayments on their mortgage recently. Im anticipating taking unpaid leave for family reasons and interest only for 6-9months would help out enormously. 10years paid on tracker mortgage and no arrears ever. Is it straightforward to apply? Any feedback would be great thanks!
