Volkswagen price on Euronext and Xetra

Hello,
Can anyone explain to me why Volkswagen are listed on the Xetra, Frankfurt at €106 - up 3% today, and Euronext Amsterdam at €125, up 9% today. Why the difference in price and differance in % increase? Also does it matter which exchange I buy them on?
