I have processed Probate myself. Once this is done, the title deeds have to be registered in the beneficiaries names. I rand PRAI this morning and asked if one beneficiary was buying the interest of the property from the other beneficiary, so we have to first reg in joint and then re-eg in purchasers only. She said no, you could reg in purchasers only. Anyone know how I would go about doing this? Will I def need a solicitor? (reluctant to get one for previous dragging of heels...)
